Payments Policy

Deltaware.in policy on ​Payments, Refund, Pricing​, Tax​, Input Tax Credit, GST Invoice, Discounts & Coupons​, Canceling Order, and product Return

Payment#

  • We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
  • We use an external, PCI-compliant payment gateway for processing payments.
  • The payment methods we offer: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net banking (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)

Refund#

  • No cash/cheque refunds will be done
  • Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refunds are done electronically (as credit to the relevant credit/debit card/ account used for the transaction)
  • It may take approximately 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.
  • For Bank wire/Net banking payments buyer has to share the bank details for refund processing
  • If the bank or payment gateway charge any fee or transaction charges, Buyer has to bear any transaction charges that occur during refund processing
  • Refund Time: We offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
  • NO Refund on Charge-back: If you paid by credit/ debit card, and the issuing bank has initiated a charge-back, you are not eligible for return/refund.

Pricing#

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees.
  • Price as displayed, is inclusive of GST.
  • Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page.
  • Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart.
  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.
  • It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease or increase between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
  • We will not pay any additional charges imposed on the product by governmental or regional authorities.
  • CUSTOMER/BUYER has to pay any CHARGE/TAXES for your region.
  • So please consult with your local officials for info on regional CHARGE/TAXES to avoid last minute surprises

Discounts & Coupons#

  • Not all products have quantity discount. Applicable products will have volume discounts table
  • The coupon/voucher codes are mailed to the email id you registered on our store
  • ASENSAR AUTOMATION reserves the rights to cancel/modify the coupon/voucher and their values
  • Every reward coupon will expire after certain duration
  • We may change the value or cancel the rewards/coupons. Also we may change the validity of the coupons
  • Coupon/voucher cannot be converted into cash
  • Coupons are given to only eligible customers

Tax#

The invoices without customer GSTIN will be treated and filed as non registered customer / consumer, hence cannot claim tax credit.

Input Tax Credit (ITC): Business Customers are required to submit Goods and Services tax registration number (GSTIN) before generating Invoice. Invoices cannot be modified

Under the GST system, Input Tax Credit (ITC) can only be availed on providing GST compliant invoices and accurately reporting the transaction details on the GST network.

To facilitate the same, it is critical that you update your GSTIN with us. The same will get reflected in your account in GST network (GSTR). In case your GSTIN is not updated with us, you will not be able to avail the input tax credit of the GST paid to us.

Important Note: Once the invoice is created it cannot be tampered to update GSTIN, please provide the GSTIN before creating invoice on the time of making order.

Canceling Order#

  • The buyer must place a request for the cancellation of order via mail or through the cancel option in My Account
  • Orders can only be cancelled if the order is not yet dispatched
  • Order in transit cannot be cancelled

When order will be canceled

  • After the confirmation of order, due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason) if we is not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.

Return#

Products sold are not returnable / refundable / exchangeable
